This policy demonstrates the AGhad Training Institute’s (GTI) commitment to provide training services that caters to individual needs of learners. This reflects fair practice in provision of training qualifications.
Some learners enrolled in an existing program may find difficulty in completing a qualification to attain the full certificate. If this happens, a learner might have completed sufficient training credits on a lower certificate, therefore, a learner can be given an exit award corresponding to the completed training attended.
This policy ensures that learners will get the opportunity to continue on the qualification when all condition of the learner are settled and no repetition of courses will be made.
The policy is applicable to all GTI trainees enrolled in a program that consists of multiple course credit requirements. It is not applicable to learners terminated from the institute on disciplinary grounds.
It is applicable only when a learner has completed a number of course leading to a full program qualification.
